SFP Hospitality GmbH is a partner to leading hotels, restaurants and hospitality brands across Europe and other exciting geographical territories that we are currently developing. We develop high-quality, tailor-made products for stylish guest experiences - from leather accessories and wooden items to give-aways and customized office solutions.

With a dedicated, interdisciplinary team, we manage projects from conception to delivery - individually, solution-oriented and always with an eye for detail.

Our current vacancies:

Full-time - Berlin location or remote possible on a pro rata basis

Your tasks:

  • Identifying and approaching new B2B customers in the hospitality and office sector
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Development of sales strategies in close cooperation with management and design
  • Participation in trade fairs and customer events
  • Project coordination from initial contact to order processing

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in business administration, international business or similar.
  • Experience in selling products that require explanation
  • Strong communicator, committed and organized
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Industry knowledge in hospitality, interior or branding is an advantage

Part-time or full-time - Berlin location

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the management in strategic and operational issues
  • Creation of presentations, decision papers and analyses
  • Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
  • Organization of internal workflows and processes
  • Interface between sales, design, production and logistics

Your profile:

  • First experience in management consulting, business support or similar.
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Confident use of Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independence, discretion and reliability
  • Fluent German and good English skills

Full-time - Berlin location

Your tasks:

  • Development and implementation of quality assurance processes for our product lines
  • Close cooperation with production (EU), logistics and design
  • Incoming goods and final inspections according to customer specifications
  • Complaint management and process optimization
  • Documentation, supplier communication, sample approvals

Your profile:

  • Experience in quality management, ideally in the field of consumer goods, leather goods or interiors
  • Hands-on mentality and high attention to detail
  • Self-organized way of working with a high level of commitment
  • Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally desirable
  • German very good, English spoken and written
